Georgiopoulos Classroom (with Bill Martin D’87)

Gina Clark des Cognets T'01 is the founder and principal of Lead With Gina, an organizational and talent development advisory firm. Prior, Gina was Senior Director of Organizational Development at Strava, where she advised executive leadership on strategic initiatives that strengthened organizational effectiveness while navigating complex change. As head of leadership development Boston Beer Company, she advised C-suite leaders on succession planning and talent development. During her thirteen year tenure at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Gina served in multiple advisory and leadership roles:  Associate Dean, Dean's Chief of Staff, Director of Marketing and Communications, and Alumni Relations and Development leader. Gina is a co-founder of Connection Labs (formerly Connection 101) and serves on its advisory board. She was recently elected to the Norwich School Board, previously served as vice-chair and governance chair of the Board of the Montshire Museum of Science, and was a Norwich Public Library board member. Gina holds an EdD in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business and a BA from Hamilton College (Art History).

Blake Darcy is the Founder and former CEO of DLJDirect, an online brokerage firm. He took the company public in, what was then, one of the largest internet IPOs in history. He has served as a Founder, CEO, Chairman, Board member, Advisor and investor with numerous fintech companies around the world over the past two decades.

 

Frantz II Classroom (with Aram Donigian T’08)

Andrew Bunton T'09 is the Vice President of Omnichannel Customer Experience at CVS Health, where he leads the efforts to create a differentiated frictionless front store and pharmacy experience leveraging CVS’ digital and physical assets. Andrew has worked at CVS Health for 12 years in a variety of Strategy, Product Development and Operations roles. Prior to CVS, Andrew was a Case Team Leader and Consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and a Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Bank of America.

Peter Sidebottom is a senior managing director at Accenture a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale. He has 20+ years of top-tier global consulting and operating background with extensive experience and strong track record leading enterprise-level business initiatives to reposition businesses, capture new client segments and markets, and drive dramatic sales and operating performance improvement.
 

Ankeny Classroom (with Patroklos Karantinos T'12)

Kevin Barry T'94 is Senior Vice President of Emerging Technology Fund (ETF) at MassDevelopment which makes venture loans to high-growth, early-stage companies that are expanding in Massachusetts. Kevin helps enable the Commonwealth’s most innovative early-stage companies grow and prosper. Previously Kevin was a Managing Director & Equity Analyst at Wellington Management Co. LLP in Boston and Assistant Vice President at Fleet National Bank in Providence, Rhode Island.

Michael Koester T'99 is the Founder & Co-Managing Partner of 5C Investment Partners. Previously he was a Partner and Managing Director of the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He helped to develop the firm's alternatives franchise after joining its Merchant Banking Division. Mike worked across many roles in MBD, including serving as chief commercial officer and co-chief operating officer and co-founded the Alternatives Capital Markets & Strategy group.

 

Borelli Classroom (with Courtney Pierson T’01)

Stephen Pidgeon T'07 is the Executive Director of Career Services at the Tuck School of Business. He manages a team of career advisers and employer relations experts who help Tuck's MBA students find internship and post-MBA employment. Stephen is also the author of the popular books 'Case Interviews For Beginners' and 'How To Get A Job In Consulting'. Prior to Tuck, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, wrote, produced and directed a feature film and a number of programs for the Discovery Channel and UK broadcasters including the BBC, and founded a production company.

Bob Snyder is a retired CPA that has worked for several large public accounting firms including Price Waterhouse serving a wide variety of clients mostly in the oil and gas, healthcare, and mutual fund spaces. He founded Snyder, Cahoon & Co. an accounting firm in Hanover that provides family office services to high-net-worth families, assisting family clients with all their financial affairs.

 

Barclay Classroom (with Amy Florentino T'10)

Marc Aquila T'07's professional experience spans two boutique consulting firms, time at agricultural multi-national John Deere and higher education at both Columbia and Dartmouth. He has worked in operations, finance, marketing and is currently a career adviser at the Tuck School of Business helping students them with their career search and with employers to increase and diversify the internship and full‐time job opportunities available to students.

Kristen Detrick T'92 is a senior biotech executive who now serves as a strategic adviser for life sciences start-ups in the US and abroad. Detrick has more than 30 years of experience as an established P&L leader, a strategic marketing and sales expert, and a general manager. She has successfully commercialized and launched multiple new therapeutics and built corporate drug pipelines for global biopharma organizations including Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Takeda. Detrick’s career included eight years working in Europe as a global commercial portfolio leader and, later, as a general manager for businesses located in Eastern Europe and Austria. Detrick has particular expertise in immunology, oncology, cardiovascular and rare diseases, having led multibillion-dollar therapeutics including Enbrel, Entyvio, Plavix, and Prolia during her career.
